Apafi-Consulting Business Liquidations and Economic Council S.A.S. was founded in 2020 by Dr. Marianna Korona, Dr. Zoltán Hajdu and the Hajdu Legal Service, for the exercise of activities relating to business liquidations. In 2021, the company entered the register of the official list of liquidators, which made it possible to start its activities. In addition to its main activity, it also deals with management and tax management consulting.
Dr. Marianna Korona is a high-level expert in the field of liquidation, Dr. Zoltán Hajdu and her law firm have a long experience in the field of civil, economic law, and in the field of business and public markets.
